PASSWP Lunch and Learns are BACK!!!

Join us on the first Friday of the month from 12:00 – 1:00 (except when otherwise noted) for continuing education over lunch. PASSWP members are eligible for up to 8 FREE CEUs during the 2022-2023 school year (including ethics). 

** Every session is held via Zoom 12:00 – 1:00 pm, unless noted otherwise. Single registration allows access to all sessions. CEUs will be awarded based on attendance verification and completion of session evaluations.

  • October 7: Dr. Alicia Chicco - Off To A Good Start: Supporting Teachers in Setting up a Positive Behavior Classroom (1 CEU)
  • November 4: Lindsey Knepp - Supporting Youth Transitioning to Post Secondary (1 CEU)
  • December 2: Dr. Jen Marshall - Self-Compassion for Helpers (1 CEU)
  • January 6: Last Chance Ethics with Chris Rich, 12:00 – 1:30 (1.5 CEU)
  • February 3: Last Chance Ethics with Chris Rich, 12:00 – 1:30 (1.5 CEU)
  • POSTPONEDDr. Christina Helfrick  - Addressing Homelessness by being a Champion (1 CEU) Information about this rescheduled session will be announced at a future date
  • April:  No session, date would fall on Good Friday and most schools are closed
  • May 5: Stacey Spangenberg - Poverty (1 CEU)
    PASSWP is approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers (Section 47.36), Marriage and Family Therapists (Section 58.36) and Professional Counselors (49.36) to offer continuing education for social workers, marriage and family therapists and professional counselors. PASSWP maintains responsibility for the program(s). (State Provider Approval # SWPR 004401). Records of attendance are maintained by PASSWP for two years after the professional development event, then are destroyed.
